  If I could give no stars I would. Worse experience ever. We did not hire this company our loan did. We had to return appraisal back 4+ times due to mistakes. They wanted to make us pay more because the women who did our appraisal missed 2 photos! It was refunded but the whole amount should have. We were supposed to be moved in by christmas and she put us out 3 more weeks. Just waiting for them to do the job correctly.. They missed EVERY deadline. . Plus every time someone tried to contact anyone in the office they weren't there.. how convenient. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Expecially if you want it done right and on time.
